Position Overview
We are hiring a motivated and relationship-driven Account Executive for the Sacramento region.
This is a field-based role focused on building referral partnerships, increasing patient admissions, and expanding Aavi’s presence across Sacramento, Roseville, Folsom, and Elk Grove.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
- Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and in-services
- Educate referral sources on home health services and referral process
- Coordinate with intake and clinical teams for smooth patient transitions
- Track referrals, follow-ups, and outreach activities
- Meet or exceed monthly growth and admission targets
- Represent Aavi at community events and networking opportunities
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or related role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Basic computer and reporting skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- Home health or post-acute care experience
- Existing Sacramento market connections
- Bilingual is a plus
